X-Ray / MRI / CAT SCAN
Diagnostic imaging in the form of X-rays, MRIs and CAT scans are often used by chiropractors as part of the examintion process. X-rays, in particular, allow the chiropractor to quickly see the condition of your spine. Abnormal curves, misalignment, degenerative discs and arthritis are all identifiable through x-ray as well as many disease processes that may be causing problems. In order to render a proper diagnosis, Dr. Derrick or Dr. Redfearn will often take x-rays. For your convenience, our office has an X-ray machine on site. If our doctors determine that further studies are needed then the doctors refer out for an MRI or CT scan.
